I am so thankful for Dr. Sean Artello and the entire team.
My kitten, Simone, had a serious jaw injury, and it was such a scary situation for me. From the moment we walked in, Dr. Artello and his staff were kind, gentle, and genuinely caring. He took the time to explain everything clearly, ran tests, and did absolutely everything he could to try to help her. Even when it became clear that her jaw couldn’t be fully fixed, he didn’t give up on her — he made sure she was comfortable, able to eat, and that I understood how to care for her going forward.
What meant the most to me was how compassionate and honest Dr. Artello was. He treated Simone like his own and made sure we were okay too — emotionally and financially. He went above and beyond, working with me on cost and never once made me feel rushed or like a burden.
You can tell this is someone who truly loves animals and the people who love them. I left feeling supported, cared for, and incredibly grateful. I can’t thank Dr. Artello and his amazing staff enough for the kindness, empathy, and dedication they showed during one of the hardest days I’ve had as a pet owner. 💛

Conneaut Creek Veterinary Clinic has always been so good to us. My boy Draco has always loved his time to go see them with the multiple health issues he has he's been there quite a bit and not a single time have we had a bad experience and i always have to force him out the door because he never wants to leave lol. Stacia is always so friendly over the phone and i just have to say my name and she knows it’s about Draco before mentioning him! Dr. Sean Artello has been absolutely phenomenal every time. He is always so good at explaining things in a human detail rather than medical talk for you to really understand what’s going on and has always worked with us every time. The rest of the staff all have been so friendly and all love Draco and always make taking him a lot easier! Every time we have taken him we have always went straight back to a room never waited more than 5 minutes to be seen. Overall just an amazing staff and Draco thinks so to. ❤️

I moved back up to Conneaut after 2 decades living in Central Florida in March of 2022. When I moved I thought I would never find a vet that came even close to our former vet's office in Kissimmee. Conneaut Creek Vet has EXCEEDED ALL expectations I have had. Dr. Sean Artello is TOP NOTCH. When he came on board at Conneaut Creek Vet, he became the icing on the cake to an already INCREDIBLE staff. EVERY SINGLE STAFF MEMBER, from the front of the house to the vet techs to Dr. Artello: KNOWLEDGABLE. COMPASSIONATE. HARD WORKING. ACCOMMODATING. The ENTIRE clinic radiates a common goal of providing top notch care to all of the animals, yet also excelling at providing top of the line customer service to the pet owners. When you come to Conneaut Creek, you are not just paying for vet care, you are also getting the entire package along with it. Conneaut Creek staff members have become more of a family to me than just "staff" at my dog's vet clinic.
If you want the kind of care, compassion and attention to detail that you would want at your own doctor's office, then this is the place you will choose for your pets. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Conneaut Creek due to a MULTITUDE of reasons as stated in my review. My dog Gizmo is without question #1 in my life & this is the only place I would choose to entrust his constant medical care to.

Great clinic to take your fur baby. Everyone is very caring with your pet, and the vet is very good, too. My pets' problem was solved in a single visit. They do follow up to make sure your pet is doing well after treatment. I definitely recommend them.

I moved to the USA from England, in 2021. In the UK, telephone manners are very different to those I’ve experienced here. The British tend to be a lot more polite. Not the case in many places over here. However, I called the vets to ask for some advice about our new kittens, and was speaking to Stacia on the phone. I explained that I would like some advice on how I could help my kittens thrive in the best way at home, as I was concerned about one of them being smaller than the other and potentially having a deformity. Not only did Stacia answer the questions I had with compassion, but went through our appointment notes to confirm the details in question, and made me feel heard. I’m sure the job she does is challenging in terms of the amount of work involved and phone calls to answer, but the empathy that was shown by Stacia towards my worries was so comforting. It was so helpful to speak to someone who wasn’t in a rush to get off the phone, but instead helped ease my mind and anxiety.
Thanks for your time and understanding, Stacia. I hope to encounter more humans like you on telephone calls. You make a bigger difference than you know.

After my vet of 15 years quoted me almost 700 dollars to fix my rescued momma cat, I needed a change. A little bit of research later and I had booked my rescue for the same procedures at about $400 less.
Today I took in four kittens from the momma cat and to have all four fixed was still a couple of hundred dollars cheaper than my previous vets quote for the momma cat.
