Good people , Lettie loved it !.!

I had an emergency with my kitten Mochi. They quickly got her in the same day and saved her life. They took great care of her and let me know what was going on with her, even if some of it wasn't the best news. The staff were kind and the price was well under what I thought I would have to pay. The nurse even gave me syringes for meds that were way better than the dropping for the bottle.It also put me at ease knowing they are affiliated with Country Doctor in Jefferson so I knew they were going to be awesome.All of you working there are amazing people and I can not fathom the strength it takes to do what you do!

I took my newly adopted dog for her first check-up. The staff was kind and professional. I really like that they call to remind clients of upcoming appointments. I will continue to have my dog vetted at this great office with a wonderful staff.

I recently took my sick cat to Conneaut Creek. I was impressed with their compassion and knowledge. But I was also impressed with the fact that they were realistic about his condition and not pushy with performing unnecessary, expensive diagnostics. I did end up taking my cat back to be euthanized and as odd as it sounds, it was the best experience I had ending a life. They premedicated him which helped him fall asleep. Then they shaved the fur away and found the vein for the other med. They did the injection in his back leg so I could hold his head and gently pet him as he took his last breath. They gave me some time alone with him but as soon as the tech heard I was getting ready to leave, she came into the exam room so Alt wasn't alone. The level of sincere compassion was impressive. I will definitely be bringing my other cats in.

The staff treat your pets and you as if they/you are family. Excellent , kind people who go out of way to help pets and owners.

After recently switching to Conneaut Creek Veterinary Clinic I can not speak highly enough to their service. Both my dog and cat were well cared for and the staff goes above and beyond to make the experience as pleasant as possible for all involved. All of the staff's love and concern for any animal that comes through their door is apparent and comes through in their care. I would strongly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for care for their animals.

Easily the best vet clinic in the area. Everyone is really nice, they always run on time, and they were very gentle and compassionate with my wife when she took our beloved dog Leo to be put to sleep. We will continue using them when we adopt our next dog for sure.

Absolutely the most Professional & Caring Vet Clinic I have ever gone to. Staff is pleasant, polite and my dog Bella Mae actually loves going to see them. I will never go anywhere else. Thank you all!
